Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must request your refund within 45 days of your purchase.

To complete your Refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted on a case by case basis.

Refunds

Once your refund is requested by email, via our Contact us page, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If Our products or services are availed at a discounted price, refunds will be issued only on the price that was paid, and not on any “Original Price”.
